SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once you have confirmed your order and received an order confirmation email, our in house logistics team will contact you within 1-3 working days with a delivery date. This date, along with any delivery information you will need to know is sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order.

As part of our incentive to provide exceptional customer services, we are proud to announce that we offer free UK delivery on all orders.

Regarding delivery, depending on the pieces you order, items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to deliver direct to your door within 10 working days. Please note, lead times can vary subject to reasons outside of our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed on any variations to originally quoted delivery times. Upon dispatch, we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date.

Below is a breakdown of the delivery methods you can expect for each category of item in your order:

Small Parcels, Furnishings and Artwork

These items will be delivered direct to your door. For these shipments, a signature will be required at the time of delivery. For cushions specifically, you will receive a tracking number in which you can follow your orders progress.

Larger Furnishings

For larger scale furniture pieces such as side tables, coffee tables, sideboards, dining tables, bar stools and lighting, these will be delivered through a designated courier. For these shipments, you will be requested to schedule a delivery date and time which is suitable for you prior to order dispatch.

*Please note:

- You are to ensure that an accessible path is cleared for entry into your home and that there is sufficient space for the courier to gently bring the piece indoors.

- You must be present at the time of delivery and provide a signature to confirm receipts of goods.

- Not all items include full assembly, waste disposal, or full white-glove delivery service.

- Items can only be delivered to the original shipping address noted at checkout.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unfortunate event your item(s) arrive damaged, please do either of the following:

1. If the courier is still present at the time of discovery, please notate it on the couriers proof of delivery form.

2. If the courier is not present, please take photos of the damage and packaging to aid us in assisting you.

Please then contact our team via enquiries@nineteenhome.com with your order number, photos of the damage, packaging and any other relevant details which you feel will aid our helpful team. We aim to assist you as quickly as we can.

INTERNATIONAL OR NON-DOMESTIC ORDERS

If you are interested in having products shipped internationally, please contact our team via enquiries@nineteenhome.com and we will gladly assist you. Nineteen Home cannot be held responsible for any damaged or defective pieces that are shipped to or through a freight forwarding company.

DO PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

All our products come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty - excluding accidental damage. 

RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring your complete satisfaction, but understand that you may change your mind. We accept returns on selected items within 30 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, we request that you raise a refund request via sales@nineteenhome.com within 7 days of receiving goods. Once we have processed your request, we will contact you and schedule a pickup date. 

All returns must be in the original packaging. Without original packaging it may not be possible to return an item. Please note, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued to allow us time to process the return and conduct any necessary quality control checks. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.

Noting the above statement regarding returns, we want to ensure complete transparency, so please note that the following items are non-returnable:

ARTWORK

All artwork is made to order and therefore final sale.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

All items which are either on sale or are part of a clearance offer are final sale.
